We accept deposits via VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, and Tether. Withdrawals may be made via VISA, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, and Tether. The minimum deposit is £20 and the minimum withdrawal is £20. We aim to process approved withdrawals within 0–24 hours, though individual payment providers may apply their own processing times. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. All transactions must be conducted in your own name using payment methods registered to you.

Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

Before we process any withdrawal, we are required to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. We may also request source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is satisfactorily completed. We recommend submitting your documents promptly to avoid delays.

Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

New players may be eligible for our welcome offer. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which must be read alongside these general terms. Key conditions for casino bonuses include:

• Minimum deposit: £20
• Maximum bet during an active wagering requirement: £5
• Wagering requirement: 35× the bonus amount
• Slot games contribute 100% towards wagering; contribution rates for other game types may vary

A sports welcome bonus of 100% up to £100 is also available. Sports bonus conditions include a minimum deposit of £20, validity of 30 days from activation, and a rollover of 5×–6× the combined deposit and bonus at minimum odds of 1.80 per selection (or 1.50 per selection in accumulators). The sports bonus is valid on single and accumulator pre-match and live bets; cashed-out bets do not count towards wagering. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

In such cases, we may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Any funds obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity may be voided.
